I’ve finished the Prologue with the Orcs and the minimap worked fine. Also played the first human mission and that worked fine as well; it was from the second mission onwards that the minimap went black. I can only see my units and buildings, but no terrain or other things like this. Blizzard, please fix!
UPDATE: Checked to see if the Prologue still shows a fine minimap and noticed that all campaigns have a black minimap now.
This exact same issue is happening to me. Quite annoying.

Yup, happening to me in multiplayer too. Can only see units and icons on minimap (goldmines, neutral shops, creep camps) etc. Suuuuuper annoying
maybe you guys should hit the button next to the map
“toggle minimap terrain”
blank map is best to see see what simportant on the map clearly anyway. Theres a reason the toggle exists.
