Good suggestions. However, not sure what you mean with Mirror Image? Normally MI is used instead of wind walk, not critical strike. You mean that the illusions should do 10% damage? That is an interesting but weird idea. I think reworking FS far sight is necessary too.
Wind riders should indeed have more HP, since the only upgrade they have is envenomed spears. They also give so much xp to oppo when killed, which means losing them is, despite being as expensive as a gryphon rider, also negative in terms of xp feed.
Wow never would I have believed to live up in a day like this when someone claims orcs are unbalanced.
id like spirit walkers to appear in spirit lodges again

Shockwave is already stronger than Carrion Swarm by the way. It also hits buildings and it has twice the amount of max damage. Its the same damage aswell.

this statement is so broken, funny how its always people with new accounts and less than 5 posts saying such incredible idea… maybe Blizzard could hire this guy to fix reforged and the whole world will rejoice!

Agreed with everything but the Wyvs they’re supposed to be glass cannons I think that instead Wyvs should be 240 gold, that would be a solid balance change imo.
This is a very old account with around 8 years. Look at the W3C champion stats - 7%/2 Orc players are in GrandMaster. Blizzard should know this game is broken and fix it in the next patch.
Orcs are just strong and can be unkillable. In fact what I don’t understand is, why don’t top tier players abuse spirit-link and heal-wards with Spirit walkers and Witch doctors, while upgrading armor. Spirit-link spreads over-all damage while heal wards heal overall damage at the same time. In theory, it should make your army almost imperious to AA with reduced spell damage and hard to kill with major damage reduction over-all.
Orc race are just strong in raw power. In fact out of all the top tier players of WC 3 that I want to vs one day, I’d find Grubby and his Orc race the one I’d have most trouble with. Grobby is a strong intellect and thinker. He would be the type of guy to analyse and pull strats apart and make use of weapon type vs armor counters and more. 
As UD, if I got low ping (200 ping) and good positioning with my army, Orcs are of course, are the easiest race for me to nuke, aoe and dispel at the same time. I’ll give you that.

Well yeah vs. UD race I can imagine would be the hardest. However, I’ve seen in situations where if Orc applies enough pressure where their opponents too zoned to focus on casters, then usually you can place down the Heal Wards and Spirit-Link down for even just a few seconds, so it heals and reduces aa damage at the same time. Heal wards alone can change the tide of the battle for just only a few seconds of healing (watch Foggy vs Blade and see how fast Foggy’s mountain giants and other units heal up with Heal Wards). Better yet, apply Spirit-Link as usual and keep range behind the front-line, then place heal-wards behind your ranged units while pressuring the enemies at the same time. This should make your front-line become even more tankier while making your heal wards hard to reach. Remember, if opponents have to invest too much in anti-casters, they’re lacking fire-power with UD race being exempt from it. Orc’s would only need 3 of Spirit Walkers and Witch Doctors each I reckon. That’s something I’d do anyway. I’m doing a similar concept with UD race with armor upgrade only + regen in damage reduction. It’d work very well vs. UD mirror matches like Crypt Fiends vs Crypt Fiends if you can figure out why. ^^

I think orc race is like cornerstone of the game (and world), if you change anything with orc each other race needs to adapt into it because they are build upon orc (and vs human) without human there wouldnt be orcs but orcs are the main enemies of the game. Making huge changes would shake the roots of the universe and make us pay the price in eternity (with shades).
We hardly see any chance for Orc to use BM as first hero to stop CL UD and KOG NE expanding in early game. The current win rate for NE vs ORC is above 90% if you’ve watched recent tournaments (WGL/AWL/ESL). All the changes for Orc is to let orc have better chance to fight in the late game without nerfing other units.
I only say something. I find the Blademaster supbar but honestly I am no expert so I let other people do the balancing.
TaiLa, in a very recent interview (on B2W stream) Lyn said that “orc heroes are strong, but the army is a bit weak”. Therefore orc heroes should rather not be touched (possibly Far Sight can be buffed/reworked). It would be nice to collect feedback from pro-players first.
The balance changes related with orc that in my opinion would improve the game are:
Healing Salve. Make the effect to dispel if the target is attacked by an ability that does more than 20 damage. (At the moment it is at least 20 damage).
This minor change will allow to heal orc units caught inside level 2 entangle when KOTG harasses the base.
Witch Doctor.
(1) Decrease sentry ward duration from 600 to 480 seconds.
(2) Add +5 or +10 hp.
The sentry ward duration feels a bit too long and shortening its duration can be compensated by increasing witch doctor’s combat stats.
Raider. Ensnare should leave a flying unit close to its current position (and not bring it in front of the raider if it is above the tree).
Maybe it’s because most of them are lazy and expect to kill the opponent’s whole army with nothing but critical strike.
Because there are not many very strong Orc players in EU. Thats the sole reason. Spiral is very good. And he isn’t very motivated to play the game, or even play Orc. He says he prefers human.
Thats the single reason why Orc isn’t doing well on EU. It has nothing to do with how strong Orc is.
Whats even more hilarious is that you think EU stats mean anything. Especially ladder stats don’t mean anything in regards to balance.
What you want to look at for balance is the best players in the world. Say for example top 8 players from each race like this example below shows. Then you look at how they perform in tournaments with a series longer than best of 1. That gives each player a chance to prepare properly and ajust strategies from one game to another.
Look at how Starcraft 2 does balance statistics properly:

This is how you can make assumptions about balance. You have to do it properly.
Brave post, maeby u r right in some things and wrong in others. But the UD patrol that guards this forum found you, and if you ask for a buff for anything else than is not UD is because u r a troll, u have no idea about the game, u r a noob and all that.
