It used to be for unranked before this patch 15-45 seconds. Now for ranked games on average it takes 5-10 minutes and sometimes will desync and drop the moment it does find a game. Thus placing you back at the start of the que.
Not really sure what else to say, but it feels very unplayable at the moment.
