Apple / Mac Keyboard Patch Bug

For Mac and Apple users like me, the right click command key does not work thanks to all future updates since 1.28 or whatever. And my life is just growing worse and worse without playing Warcraft III. (Even Grubby and WTii plays this over 15 years old game, so why can’t I too?)

So, after all this time Blizzard Entertainment, you still ignored this fix request to just fix Warcraft III so I can play it again, but I cannot because of this issue!

On top of that, there is nothing else fun for me to really do, and with your patches you took that FUN - Warcraft III away from me and from all Mac users!

I play just fine on Mac, what exactly is the issue? Are you trying to use a trackpad?

What Mac version are you using? Is it Mojave? I got Mojave. Even when I used High Sierra I had the same negative result too. I am not using a trackpad, but rather an old Mac apple. The old keyboard works completely fine with Starcraft II.

I’m using High Sierra with a normal 3 button mouse.

Edit: My question is why you ever need to hit command. Are you using one of those strange one button mice? Right click on a 3 button mouse works fine.

Yes, that does works, but it’s WAY EASIER to hit the right click key on the keyboard than using the mouse, like for Starcraft II. It is how I played my games over the years, and for that to be taken away from me is semi-hell in it of itself right there… I just not even willing to reinstall Warcraft III until Blizzard Entertainment fixes this issue.

Thank you very much for your replies Vykuu.

you must not play at a very high skill level, and to say you uninstalled the game over this sounds crazy, not one professional PC gamer will agree with what you just said, the only blizzard game that didnt utilize the mouse for right-click was the very first wc1 which was made before rightclick was common or standard, and that one little detail completely makes wc1 a horrible experience
