Ever since I chose the talent point that causes you to only need 3 stacks of deathseeker arrows to prot they don’t apply automatically you have to cast withering fire to get them. If there’s something in the talent tree that warns you this will happen? If there is I can’t find it so I must assume it’s unintentend?
