Nope i got this too nothing to do with your config don’t worry, i have a 2080 ti 64 gb ram Core i9-9900K and the animation are like 5 fps this compagny care only about your wallet just refund the game bro.
This game is just unfinished just like Age of Empires II Defeinitive Edition. 10 fps on 4k PC Specification. Resolution - no matter, details - no matter, hd pack tor on/off - no matter, number of units on the screen - no matter still 10 fps and game freezes
