Classic Key User, Win 11 Pro, Located in Europe, US Server (because EU server is not counting stats but also a switch causing the same issue)
After i click on play within the battlenet launcher to get into the game i receive the message:
“An error occurred while processing the request. 2:1”
PC restart didn’t help
Reinstalling also didn’t help
I seem to be having the same request error as well. After scanning and fixing and checking for updates. Still can not pass that screen even with a log in prompt. I am able to log into other blizzard games just fine.
it seems to work suddenly, i just tried it again and it works. Fingers are crossed that it remains good lol
there have been exceptions but typically this is just the login server taking a dump.
