All of my campaign play records and achievements are gone

So about 2 or 3 days ago, I was playing Warcraft 3: Reforged and I paused the game and closed the laptop and when I got back, not only the game was switched off, but literally all of my campaign play records and achievements were wiped clean, not to mention that whenever I restart those games, they keep begin with cinematics.

What’s even worse is that when it comes to Warcraft 3: Reforged, I cannot play a Singleplayer Custom Games at all. Does anyone know how to fix these issues? And if anyone is curious, no, my region hasn’t changed.

Losing your progress means you were likely logged out. Are you sure you’re on the same profile in the campaign menu?

What is your exact flow when playing single player customs? There is nothing preventing you from doing that in single player mode.

That’s the thing - I cannot play single player customs at all. It’s keep taking me to this weird place that I’d expect to see in multiplayer custom games.

Please describe the exact flow and what you see. Below is what should be happening.

  • Click Single Player
  • Click Custom Games
  • See this: https://imgur.com/a/WdMgqFw

And that’s the thing. When I followed those procedures, I’m not seeing what’s shown in that link at all.

Please link a screenshot of what you are seeing.

I unfortunately don’t have an Imgur or Pinterest account. Are there any other ways to post a screenshot of what I’m seeing?

You don’t need an account for imgur, simply click Start Uploading.

Where is “Start Uploading” option. Is it in Imgur or here?

In any case, yes, that’s what I see in Single Player Custom Games option.

That’s the hosting screen for online custom games. Don’t use the hotkeys when navigating the menu, click the buttons.

That’s the thing - when I go into Single Player Custom Games, that screen shows up.

This is a current bug that is believed to be caused by navigating the menus too quickly.

When you run into have you tried backing out to the main menu and then navigating again?

I actually waited a while to see if anything changes, but nope! It’s still doing the same thing. And here are additional screenshots of what’s happening:

If that is your lobby that you hosted then your install is corrupted. The Repair function on BNET won’t fix it, you need to reinstall.

I actually reinstalled it before and it still does that.

What is your operating system? A blank lobby is indicating the install is bad.
