It’s not fair at all. Support is silent or says that they cannot solve the issue directly in the game and gives a link to the forum where no one knows and does not answer anything.

Are you familiar with the idea of Activision Blizzard King? The company has King in its name because they merged with Candy Crush.
The idea of Candy Crush is that if you make a free phone game with millions and millions of players, then even if only 1% of the players actually spend money on the game that 1% are so freaking rich and so willing to spend money that it makes the game more profitable than if the game had a flat starting price for all the millions and millions of users. In other words,
… this does not matter. You cite this as though it matters. But you forget that we live in an interconnected world now. Anyone who pretends that getting $30 per user is a good business model (as though this were a Socialist Planet) will get outcompeted by anyone who understands better that we don’t live in a Socialist Planet. As you said, “It’s not fair.” But the Capitalist Planet is not the fault of Activision Blizzard King.
You can think of this as opportunity cost. Someone who caters to care what you want, and who works on Reforge – instead of making a new game with a modern business model that more accurately reflects that wealth imbalance (and how your $30 purchase doesn’t matter if a player willing to spend $30,000 could be found instead) – someone who works on Reforge in that case is doing so at a tremendous opportunity cost, when compared with this alternative solution of finding the $30,000 microtransaction player.
It will not get better and it will not go away because Activision did not invent it. The opportunity cost inherent in catering to your will is inherent in every part of society. For anyone with an option to cater to your will, it is better and more preferable for them to ignore you.
So, my prediction based on this is that your RTS gameplay ranking server nonsense that you wish you had – on any game, globally – will quickly become a space dominated by volunteers. This is because anybody who maintains the server for you, even if they supposedly work “for Blizzard” can actually only maintain this server at great cost to themselves not because it directly costs them money to work on the server but because of the opportunity cost inherent in their choice not to make a game technology specifically for the ultra rich members of society instead.
So, in other words, your money barely matters. You’re begging for a volunteer to do self harm to themselves by maintaining this server for you (at great cost), and you seem dangerously unappreciative which might scare away anybody who even tried.
My personal theory, although this is only SPECULATION is that the guy who released the Ranked Play recently on Reforged might have quit his job shortly after publishing that feature. Assuming he was the last guy in the office interested on volunteering on your behalf, now there is probably no one left. So, Tech Support cannot direct you to anyone or anything that would help you, because there is nothing and no one. That is my guess. It would be pleasant if I were wrong. But am I?
Logged in last night, had reached up to 5700 MMR, am back down to 5300… frustrating I guess. If anyone doesn’t believe me I’m going to share some more youtube videos this week.
