Missing upgrades. The AI editor appears to be missing many upgrades, such as Sundering Blades. You cannot missing upgrades to the Building Queue.

Missing workers. Cannot use Worker (Blood Elf), Mur’gul Slaves, etc as gold or lumber workers.

Missing heroes and abilities. The AI editor does not recognize abilities for many heroes, such as Anub’Arak or Lord Garithos. The AI editor is also missing many of the new reforged heroes such as Anestarian Sunstrider and Jenella Deemspring.
Adding an AI to the map does not fix any of these problems. For instance, new upgrades may show up, but existing upgrades will still be missing.
This is by no means a list of all of issues with the AI editor. It is just a summary of the ones that I found.
