The game opens the doors start open than crashes and I got white screen “The application encountered an unexpected error.”
Please help how to fix?

I have the same error. A black screen and the hand cursor, sound. Is impossible to play.

Is not about video card!
( I have now on desktop Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti and on the travel laptop ATI Radeon HD 4800).
Nothing to do with my hardware, so is the patch or network connection, sync or whatever after the patch …
try a game repair or reinstall and see if that helps.

Now I opened the desktop and there game starts but as I start a game now I got error
“You are Logged of Battlenet” - so please someone inverstigate.
