Why would you want to go back to ROC when TFT adds so much more? I’d rather they fix Reforged than bring out yet another client.

I would like to apologize for MidnightMist’s incoherent and repetitive ramblings. He is my new wife’s son and has to deal with a full array of psychological issues. We’ve seen many mental health professionals - they’re all completely stumped. We try to take him out, make him see the world, but he says he is scared to meet ‘immigrants’ and keeps mumbling things about ‘lizard people’ and ‘space lasers’ in his unappealing half-shaved beard. Please, for his sake, do not even consider adding back Reign of Chaos, as he would just dive even harder back into his computer addiction and make us lose the little progress we’ve made with him.

The demand for this just isn’t there. it’s going to take more than a couple nostalgic posts on the forums to convince anyone otherwise.
The vast, vast majority of players accepted and switched to the TFT expansion from the moment of its release. And it is a lot of work to maintain two different sets of parameters, unit conigurations, etc. which was previously deemed not worth it when so few people actually used it.
If 5 million people played my game and only 500 used this one feature I made for it, I’d more than likely discontinue it myself, even though I personally have been on the recieving end of this many times (example - League of Legends removing Dominion and Twisted Treeline, which weren’t very popular but were my favorite game modes, replacing the latter with Teamfight Tactics which I have absolutely zero interest in and resent because I feel its success in China is what caused TT’s removal).
The always-irrelevant ExoLooney is back too.
The cycle is complete.

You can have ROC back by downloading the installation files from some place that still has them. But you’re not gonna be getting the multiplayer back without modded servers, which you’ll be lucky to find even in an alpha state.
Sadly Blizzard is under zero obligation to provide multiplayer for ROC, so your best bet is recreating a melee map with ROC units. Best get to learning the World Editor.

If they nevee brought the two previous ladders back on their flagship RTS, they aren’t going to on their superceded RTS.
There’s like 10 people across the entire community that want to play RoC ladder. No one cares about it, just let it stay dead. Haivng it complicates updates to the game
