Abacutth - Failed, Network Error

I’m also experiencing the same issue as Buroji.

Have tried:

  • Turning off and on computer after 20 minutes
  • Unplugging and reconnecting WiFi after 20 minutes
  • Using Chrome (network error) and then Safari (which after the 4MB mark the download speed reduces to under 10KB/sec and hasn’t shown any increase in file size for more than 15 minutes)
  • Attempting to download the Battle.net Application with the above result
  • Using VPN client (Windscribe) with the above result
  • Disabling all protocol proxies
  • Disabling firewall
  • Using mobile hot spot

Would greatly appreciate any help you can offer here.

If you’ve done all of that already, the biggest thing I can think of that you haven’t already tried would be checking for malware with an application like Malwarebytes. Beyond that, your best bet is going to be contacting support for more help, most likely. They can look over information that we can’t see here in the forums to try to prescribe more solutions for you.
