I did a reinstall and it still says “Launcher Authentication Error” when the menu loads after the lion doors.
Also the menu screen has pink and purple scribbles on it.

Hello everyone, is the game playable? any news?
Still can’t play as a mac user; I can get into the main menu, the lobbies, etc, but soon get a spinning colour wheel where the game freezes before telling me I have an invalid password and making me log in again. This repeats over and over

I have completely re-installed, and WC3 startup continues to crash my entire Mac. The device literally restarts after entering some sort of race condition. See this thread:
Playable but not really.
I’ve been trying to join games for 1 hour and still haven’t joined any.
Downloading a map takes 1-2 minutes now.
It’s never been like that.
By the time you finish downloading, game has started.

Custom maps are working for me on m4 mac pro via w3 champions. Havent tried anything else yet.
Every few games it stops working and then requires multiple restarts. But able to play and finish most games.
