They stopped giving ETAs years ago because people weren’t comprehending the “estimated” part.
Battlenet is fine. It’s the game itself that isn’t working. And what are you going to sue “Battlenet” over? Battlenet is a series of linked computers.
If you mean sue Blizzard, what are you going to sue over? The $30? Have you ever sued, or retained an attorney before? I have for a contract dispute. It was a $400 fee to review my case, then an initial $10,000 fee up front to take it to court.
Additionally, you’ll quickly find out at your consultation that there is no case simply because 1) Its a bug. Bliz isn’t stealing anything. And 2) Bliz has posted about it and is working to fix it. And 3) the EULA you agree to informs that nothing, nothing, will ever be up and running 100% of the time due to unintended bugs.
Sorry but, there’s no case there.
A little less hyperbole and more logic would suit the both of you.
