Bug: war3mapPreview does not work in-game
So for a long time every legacy map used a file inside the w3x (map) called “war3mapPreview”, that preview if the map maker chooses to use a custom one, replaces the standard minimap upon hosting a map, that way the map maker can choose to display something more visually appealing rather than the in-game minimap which may not be ideal.
Many maps used this including Dota.

Reproduction:
Make a new map

Import a tga file called war3mapPreview.tga with the dimensions of 256x256.

Delete all the path except “war3mapPreview.tga”.

Host the map in custom games (war3mapPreview will not display) in lobby or out of lobby upon downloading.
