Up until 5 months ago, my custom game pings were normally below 200 and I had no issues with lag or disconnects. But, out of nowhere, every custom game has AT LEAST 10k ping, with the highest being almost 40k. This has made downloading new maps almost impossible and getting into lobbies just as hard. I play on a 2020 MacBook Air and have zero issues with any other game, even other Blizzard games. I have tried bringing up this issue with tech support but every single time they don’t provide any solutions besides coming here. This issue didn’t follow any updates or tech changes and so far nothing has helped. I am officially out of ideas and desperate for answers.
