Dr. Magnus has decided to attack Outpost City, given the fact that having control of this city will allow his troops to enter major cities, as well as the capital: Hudson City. Being unable to defend Outpost City, the Hudson Militia must rely on Horner’s army to protect the city and prevent Dr. Magnus from continuing the offensive, since it is likely that he has chosen Hudson City as one of his next targets.
