would like to know if someone even on blizzard know what this ship is. Or what it was. Its my personal childhood curiosity.

I don’t think any of the doodads have ever been explained. The Xel’Naga have existed for a countless amount of time seeding the planets in the sector with many different life forms and also leaving a lot of their own artifacts behind… Many of those have come and gone. And the Protoss themselves have even created and abandoned technology over time.
But this stuff is really just to decorate the settings and give a sense that a lot has happened in the billions of years before the game starts.

On starcraft legacy of void explanation the xelnaga always created just 2 or 3 races on their new creations.
Yeap, but the biggest bones and other doodles is part or an atual reallity.
They are not part of an archieological digsite. So its recent! We can see the bones still intact on the surface, so they are knewed by something familiar.
If not they will be more desesperated tham watching some zergs.
