I have noticed a similar issue with SC:RM recent update. I tried restarting the computer, updating Windows 10, updating nVidia drivers, but the issue persisted. I posted a series of pictures to see if it’s similar to what this person is facing as well.

I have a 1920x1080 resolution monitor, but the Windowed (Fullscreen) mode thinks I have a resolution 1/4 of that, which is really unusual. Similarly, when you look at the Fullscreen picture, you can tell that the rendered text isn’t very smooth.
If this is a separate issue, I am more than happy to make a separate posting.
