Because it could have been released on day 1 as a private lobby ladder ala ICCUP, it takes so little maintenance a tiny russian based server was able to do it for years for free. And its been half a decade now…so…you Uighur concentration camp loving losers, where is my 2v2?

Blizzard disbanded Team 1(SC:R, SC2, WC3:R, HotS) at the end of last year due to problems with profitability of RTS genre. Therefore, SC:R will only continue with season system and maintenance.
