I still haven’t received the portrait for being ranked in Season 9 nor have I received the one for hitting B rank in Season 9. This seems to be a common issue with others in the game, though I have seen a handful with the portraits, most have not received them for this season.
EDIT: I was talking to other people and apparently this was an issue last season too. Please fix the portraits not being delivered.

I encountered the same error/bug: After successfully absolving all 5 calibrative ranked matches I did not receive this season’s profile pic (Zerg Queen).
Did you find out sth. new about this error? Also, there was no celebratory log-in reward for the 23rd birthday of SC 1 this March 31st.
Hopefully, Blizzard adds both Portraits with a later patch :O.
