So basically, I log in, and after a few minutes I have these stupid scroll bars on the bottom and the right of my screen. Running native resolution which is 1920x1080, any idea what the problem is?

Scroll bars showing up does make it seem like a resolution problem. Try pressing Alt+Enter once the game is open.
