SC remastered crashes on launch win10

When I clicked play, it just show me Encountered an unexpected error
with CE30DE95-6E51-40AC-8C71-6C32DDB59EC1. I also tried to run it as administrator. I do closed Onedrive Xbox etc. by the way the BattlenetApp was runing in 32bit

Can you provide a copy of your DxDiag?

  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
  5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformated text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
