Patch 1.22.4 Notes

Just started the new patch and the first bug I have encountered is that double clicking on someone’s name in the friends or channel tab doesn’t lead me to automatically whispering to him anymore.

Yeah, that is also something that I have encountered - I find this bug to be very annoying because I cannot use the /r command before I have whispered somebody.
So I log in, whisper somebody quickly and then create the lobby, so that I can use /r. Double clicking is more comfortable than rightclick + click on Whisper.

:c i don’t like how aggressive i was in my previous post (deleted) ill try again
I don’t like the MMR change as it can change a mindset loading into a game if you see someone way better or worse, you play accordingly.

Oh, and since current patch “/f o” doesn’t show the chat channel anymore where friends are in. Only says that said friend is in a channel.

The announcement on battlenet still poinst to “Patch 1.22.3 has arrived. Read all about it here: Patch 1.22.3 Notes

Whereas it should probably be pointing to 1.22.4 now…

Hey all –

We’ve just deployed a hotfix patch 1.22.4.5959. This contains fixes for the following situations:

  • Poor UI performance if a player was in a chat channel for an extended period of time.
  • A crash that was occurring after exiting the app.
  • Double-clicking friends names on your friends list wasn’t switching switch to whisper in chat.
  • StarCraft failing to open even if the process was running.
  • The ability to watch replays from the History profile page.
  • Chat command /f o not displaying which channel friends are in.

I can stand behind this if it’s just for the minimap in non-observer mode.:point_up_2:

Same. This should be fixed imo.

Ok, the app won’t let me play SC:R. At the bottom it says " Game is running. An update is available and will be applied when the game closes." Also, when I click the options tab, the “scan and repair”, “uninstall”, “and check for updates” are faded and cannot be clicked on.

Hi,

Is there any chance that the Online status availability will be displayed again next to the friend (with the green circle or rhombus (can’t remember now)) on the “Online Friends” list?

i think now only the friends who are on your list and are away (yellow) or busy (red) have the status icon, but i am not sure on this one

  1. 1.16.1 alike sharp SD graphics.
  2. SD widescreen.

When?

Sadly…

Quite nice! Oh, I was expecting the X’el Naga console to be available for purchase, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. When will it be available? And I wonder the same about SC2 I wish I could purchase the Purifier console.

Hi!

I have 1 tiny thing to ask: Could you please add timestamps to messages on battlenet? (maybe not whisper but in game lobby and in channels) It would mean a great deal and I think it’s just a tiny change.
(if this annoys someone maybe it could be an option somewhere)

Thanks,
Szinkler

On the other hand it would be nice to have the possibility to let it displayon custom maps… So the people are less frighened, when they enter a new map, a unknown map…

Today I got a replay bug on a 3vs5 top vs bottom map
