I did a quick check to see if I can track an error code specific to your situation. It looks like OneDrive is causing a problem with the game. The game needs to access the Starcraft folder in Documents and will crash if it can’t. OneDrive tends to prevent access due to it able to sync that area.
What you’ll want to do is disable syncing of that Starcraft folder. Sometimes disabling syncing for the Documents folder is needed. Microsoft has information on how to do that here.
