Hello Support Team,
I am experiencing an account bug regarding my StarCraft Remastered ranked rewards. I have not received the portrait images for my recent ladder achievements.

Last Season: I reached Rank A. I received the Rank A border, but the actual Rank A portrait image was never unlocked.

Current Season: I reached Rank S. Again, I received the Rank S border, but the Rank S portrait remains locked.

Current Status: The highest portrait I currently have unlocked and available to use is Rank B.
Could you please review my account history and manually grant the missing Rank A and Rank S portraits to my profile?
