This is a recent change due to some previous issues with older drivers. First, let’s make sure your graphics card is on our supported card list. If you’re receiving the error with one that is supported be sure to update the drivers.
In the case that you still get the issue leave us a DxDiag so we can take a look. We do want to make sure there aren’t any issues with how it’s detecting the drivers and having this information will help out.
