Hi, I’m new to SC2 and I’ve been playing coop missions with a friend. But he’s not always available and meanwhile I wanted to continue levelling my commander up. Can I somehow do it solo?

When you’re on the Coop screen, clicking “Ready” at the bottom will put you into a queue to find a random ally partner.
