I’m having this issue as of 2 days ago, but disabling my antivirus did not work. On the battle net login, it also says it can’t remember me because another instance is running, but nothing else is running in my task manager. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling (both battlenet and starcraft), resetting my router, changing my password, scan/repair, used a VPN to switch ISP, and attempted different regions. Nothing new has been downloaded/updated as far as I know. Submitted a tech support ticket with no response yet. Anything else I should try?

I moved your post to a new thread so we can focus on your issue specifically. Based on what you described, I would recommend restarting the PC if you haven’t already. You may also want to try uninstalling the AV temporarily to see if there’s any change.
If this persists, please reply with some screenshots of what you are seeing and your DxDiag:
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
- Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformatted text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
