I bought remastered on my old pc a couple of years ago, just bought a new pc today logged into the same account and it won’t let me play remastered, only the legacy version. Checked my account, says I bought it/own it, yet I don’t have access to it. Help please

Sorry for the late reply to this. I checked the Battle.net account that you’re posting from but I do not see a Remastered purchase on it.
If you see the Remastered game account in your account details page that would show up if you’ve logged into the game even if you just have the free Classic version.
When you purchase the game though it would show up in your Transaction History
Do you have any alternate or older email addresses that you may have used to sign up with Battle.net and used to purchase Remastered? If you can recall any others perhaps try signing into one of those and reset the password if needed.
Customer Support can also help try and locate the purchase if you have an an email with the order # or any details about the account. Feel free to submit a ticket if you need further help finding the right account.
