Help with driver/video card message

So i purchased a new computer with the following specs:

Intel i9-12900k
ASUS premium motherboard gen 5.
32 DDR5 6200 mhz RAM
2x 2TB NVME gen5 SSD

But no Video card, i want to wait for the 3040 to come to market in a few months, meanwhile i said I will live with my INTEL integrated 700 UHD video card… and its more than fine most of the time !!!, i can play all kinds of games with the integrated card really, including well StarCraft Remastered (even better than the GTX I had before even), great integrated card.

The problem is that i get a REALLY annoying message every time i open the Game, it goes like this (apparently i cant post images because the FORUM system takes it as a SPAM):

“The installed version of your graphic driver is old and will prevent Starcraft: Remastered from running properly. Visit starcraft.com/driver for information on how to upgrade your graphic driver”

And also I get exactly the same message when the game opens, inside the game UI.

Here are some pictures of the message as it appears on the game and before launching (Just add a dot. after the imgur and a : after the https where there is a blank space to load the image as the FORUM takes links as SPAM):

https //imgur com/6lo8iqo (Photo of the message before launching the Game)
https //imgur com/ydKcz7A (Photo of the message inside the game Game UI)

Please how can i remove this message?, my INTEL card is more than capable or running the game with lights and everything as SC:RM is not very exquisite on the Video Card rendering side after all

Any way of getting rid of that message please?, is not nice to have that message showing every single time i open the game, please help or Include the new INTEL HD integrated cards on the list of supported cards so we dont have to deal with that message any more., as far as i know the 700 and 770 UHD are similar to an 1080 NVIDIA in terms of performance.

Thank you for reading.

Hi! If you’re already on your latest driver release and it’s still not working, then I got solutions for each of your problems, but I’m not sure if they’ll work.

1. For the warning before launching the game
You can use a program that auto closes a window for you. What I’m currently using is “ClickOff” on W7, although, I’m not sure if this will work for you, as I assume you’re using W10.

Here is the link to it:
https://www.johanneshuebner.com/quickcms/files/clickoff.zip

You can google for these exact words auto close visible window program, in case “ClickOff” doesn’t work for you.

2. For the warning within the game

I know there was a tool in the past that allowed you to tweak the graphics driver, for very old GPUs, to make the GPU show up as a different GPU. The tool was made specifically to allow you to trick games into thinking that you have a different GPU, allowing you to play the game, which otherwise wasn’t possible with the current GPU. I have it somewhere on my PC, but I can’t seem to find it, since I also forgot its name.

At first I thought it was FLEM:
https://www.digitalflem.com/

Edit1:
I found the program, it’s called 3D Analyze:
https://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/tools/3d_analyze/download/

Edit2:
I forgot to mention that 3D Analyze won’t work for you, but you should google instead this exact text (spoof OR fake) gpu (tool OR program), and see if you can find anything that can help you. Or maybe you can be more exact with your search and look for (spoof OR fake) 700 UHD.

Edit3:
I got a better idea, instead of spoofing the GPU (since it might be complicated and risky) you can use a picture auto clicker, like this one over here:

This one is a trial version, but I’m sure you can find a free alternative.

P.S:
You can post links. Insert the link in the edit box, select all link’s text then press the </> button on the toolbar.

What an amazing response! thank you !!!, that indeed helps me deal with that annoyance while we wait for a future update from Blizzard as the 770 and the 700 UHD integrated are more than capable of running SC Remastered on the highest setting, i am sure is just a matter of them updating some tables. Thank you so much !!!

You’re welcome!
Just please refresh the page one more time, cause I just had made a 3rd edit, and it might not show up since we almost posted at the same time.

What fps do you get with your integrated crap?

60, i mean the Intel Graphics 770 UHD from my I9 12900k is preatty much ultra-high requirements for StarCraft Remastered… as a1080 GTX would apparently and even better. Its the best Intel Integrated from a very new processor from 6 or 5 months ago, is NOT as great as a Ryzen Vega Integrated of course… but i am amazed how good it can run some stuff, no problems with frames on Remastered.

In case you end up using other programs, can you share them here? Maybe they will be useful to someone in the future.

You get way more than 60fps with a 1080
