Hello Blizzard Support,

I would like to report two issues in StarCraft: Remastered.

  1. When using the command “/ban ID” in a channel, the banned user is supposed to be unable to rejoin that channel. However, even after using “/ban ID”, the user is still able to leave and rejoin the channel. This does not appear to be working as intended.

  2. There is also a bug with the friends list. When the number of friends exceeds 100, some friends disappear from the in-game friends list after about three months. Because of this, I have to add them again manually, which is very inconvenient.

Please investigate these issues.
