Hi, I have Microsoft Game Pass, I installed the game and It worked great for some weeks until today that HD grafics are no longer available, could you please advise if I missed anything to have Remastered version working?
Also on GamePass and suddenly had the same problem. It’s not just SC1 Remastered either. The SC2 campaigns got locked. I need to purchase them even though I could play them just two days ago.

There is currently a known issue with Battlenet and Gamepass not communicating properly.
So as along as players have their Gamepass set up properly and Battlenet-Xbox link setup correctly, there’s nothing that the players need to do on their end. We just have to wait for it be worked out on the back end.

Reports are coming in that players are getting the paid content back. If you’re not, some things to try (you don’t need to do all of them if one of them works):
- Try relogging completely
- Click the confirm connection blue link in Battlenet Account Settings connections page
- Disconnect/Reconnect your Xbox account in Battlenet Account Settings. IMPORTANT: As long as you are reconnecting to the same xbox account it won’t trigger the account linking cooldown. If it is not the same Xbox account, it will trigger a ONE YEAR cooldown to correct it.
You are right, it’s back to normal now!
Working for me now as well after restarting battlenet and gamepass.
