I am from Mexico, I am rank B, for 2 years, when I rank I only get Koreans, I am on the WEST server.
Does anyone know how I could modify that?

What you asking is not to not play vs Koreans but to increase your chances to get up the ladder no? XDD
If you dont want to play vs Koreans it is pretty easy first dont play at their main playing hours. Probably when they dont stream and when they are sleeping. Just look at their times zones and change those hours to yours, (://www.timeanddate.com/time/map)
I guess around 17 hours in the future of your time so add around that and you will know their time … Now play when they are sleeping most likely.
