Duplicated Screen creates bad Issues

Hi SC Team
I’ve duplicated my main screen with my capture card so that I can capture it for streaming purposes.
I have not had any issues with any other game or software but Starcraft. Even CODMW works fine & 200fps no problem.

Note:
*StarCraft in Windowed Mode works fine. Fullscreen is where issues arise.

Issue:
StarCraft recognizes the 2nd of the duplicated screen (elgato camlink) as its main display. This creates issues like:

-I THINK: Game runs in 4k or higher resolution randomly (Capture card’s max capable resolution)
-Lower FPS (can’t even hit 300 with a RX5700xt!!!) IMO because of the 4k resolution
-Game is technically using the Capture card screen and resolution
-Slow alt-tabbing
-Screen goes black for a while because of resolution changes and all conflicting resolutions change
-Game Crashes sometimes

I know SC is using the capture card instead of my main monitor because it shows it in the Game<Options<Video it shows CamLink 4k instead of my monitor XF250Q. Image for reference in imgur: /a/QoSupXR

More info:
In total I have 3 screens + Elgato Camlink capture card
All my screens are 1920x1080
Main Display (game screen) is Display 1
Capture card is Display 4
Windows Display settings are: Duplicated Desktop on 1 and 4

Possible Solution: I believe a priority must be implemented so that game reads the real monitor (Display 1) and not the capture card (Display 4) even if Monitor is duplicated with Capture card. Most games get it correctly idk with Starcraft does it the other way around (prioritizes Display 4 over Display 1).

I believe i cannot fix this on my end unless I moved the game to a different Display (#2 or Display #3) then everything would be perfect.

If there is anything that I can do please let me know.
Thanks for your help. Stay Safe
