I don’t know if this is why but I cannot play ranked or join games.
can any one help me figure out how to get this working I don’t know what to do.
Are you getting message saying something like, “Due to your network configuration you are being routed to a proxy server”??
Yes that’s the exact message I get when I create a game.
Try looking into other programs which might be causing the conflict. This happened to me recently and removing the conflicting program fixed the problem for me.
I would recommend creating a ticket with Blizzard as they also helped me narrow down the issue.

I’m convinced their is a bug with the way starcraft implements upnp, but never received any feedback from blizzard (surprise).
If it’s not port forwarding or a firewall issue see if your ISP has you behind a CG-NAT and if so ask if you can have a live IP.
