I’m unable to download cloud settings anymore. It says “Downloading settings…” then “Download Failed.” Yesterday had a bunch of disconnects as well. Seems like something goes wrong with the battle.net. Any ideas how to solve this? Tried restarting both BW client and battle.net app multiple times.

Still seems OK in “Americas” Region. I tested it last night.
Now it’s fixed for me as well. Weird issue.

Glad I’m not the only one. I thought it was some kind of upload failure or something and then my account got damaged or something like that.

No, it tries to create, and then errors out with: “There’s a problem connecting to the server right now. Please wait a few minutes and try again. (Error 3:13)”
I’ve waited many few minutes. A few hours. Sadge

Same issue, I tried resetting my network, Uninstalled and re installed, rebooted firewall… Nothings working…I hope someone is looking into it.

It works. I must admit though the message “Download failed” is confusing when it appears for external problem. It makes you guess if it’s local issue or not.
How about “Server is unreachable”?
People will check their internet connection and then just wait for server to restore.
