Cloud save not working on new PC

I just bought a completely new PC. When I logged in to the Battle.net app, downloaded SC:R, and then went to the single-player campaign it loads an old save rather than my actual last one. I looked on the forums, one suggestion was to name the ID differently than what I used before. I did that, and it didn’t change anything.

Is there a way to fix this? I still have access to my old PC, so is there a way of manually transferring the save file to the new PC?
