The account you are posting from does not have a purchased license for the Remaster. Chances are you have more than one Battle.net account and its that other account that has your purchased license. Check any other emails you control for a battle.net account and then check that account for your purchased license.
What are you talking about? I bought it some time in Nov 22. I have a registered account that literally says I have SC: Remastered.

RomanBrigand: The answer in your case remains the same, the account you are posting with here does not have an order or license for Starcraft Remastered. If you had access then that was likely done from a different battle.net account than the one you are using to post here.
Kinapeda and Ant8254: I do see the order and licenses on the account you are posting with. If you still do not have access to the remastered version, submit a ticket to have your account looked at for a license issue.
Garak. You have twice attempted to purchase Starcraft Remastered and each time your order failed. Declined by the payment provider. You can try again but I recommend first removing your payment method and re-adding it. (It can take up to 72 hours for a payment failure to register so you may see temporary access to the game) If that does not help, attempt using a different payment method and if that still does not solve the issue, submit a ticket.

I have just installed SC again and seem to have run into the same issue with not having access to the Remastered edition, did check that it is the account for SC Remastered.

Joliie. You do not have the Remastered license on the account you are posting from. There is also no purchase for Remastered on the account.

As a follow, that active status just means the account is not banned or suspended (or in the case of games that have a subscription, whether that subscription is active or not)
You would see in your transaction history any purchases for remastered. If you didn’t make that purchase on this account, you would only have access to the classic graphics and not the remastered graphics.
If you did make the purchase, then it was done on a different battle.net account than the one you are posting with here. If you need help tracking down that purchase, you can open a ticket (Click your name at the top of this page, click support, then click contact support.) you will need to provide proof of purchase which is going to be the invoice ID in the transaction email you received when you made the purchase.
I recently bought SC:Rmastered+Cartooned and I too cannot get the game to load online. It brings me to the OG Starcraft game/menu and asks me to login with a window to purchase the newer versions. I will ask for a refund if I can’t get it working today. I made a report yesterday but heard nothing back yet.

I am experiencing the same issue. have purchased SC remastered last year, it’s in the purchase history / shown as added to my library, but it defaults back to the original graphics. When using my sons account on the same computer (his account also has a purchased license/purchase history and added to the library) it comes up fine with the remastered graphics. Feedback would be much appreciated

There seems to be a few people who you have verified bought the game, but they can not play it. Perhaps it is time, to consider this a real problem, and have it looked into.
Why does it show up in the Accounts And Sub then. I have all three games of Starcraft II, it show in Games and Sub, but there is no purchase history? I bought the disks.
Suggestion, if it is StarCraft, that the account have access to, show it as StarCraft, not StarCraft Remastered. I thought I had bought SC:remastered a few years ago, and like other can not play it.

I checked your account and there’s no record of SCR being purchased. You can check your transaction history to confirm this yourself. If you purchased SCR in the past, it was on a different Battlenet account using a different email. I recommend creating a support ticket if you need help locating that old account.
