By I get 2 dragoons to enemy base, the enemy has built command center double, siege tank 2 marines and vulture. He’s timing isn’t anywhere near my mineral line.

I’m no expert at Bw by any means (I’m actually like sub-F tier kek), but this is typically what I see too even in pro games.
Protoss player sends out 4-6 goons to Terran player’s base for early harass. Terran sits behind depot wall, while building tanks and waiting for siege mode to finish. Terran’s ALWAYS go mech against Protoss.
Almost every single time, outside of any cheese. I really wish this weren’t the case, but it is what it is.
