its crucial for players that play those other games are want to try to become brood war players.
in the old forums there were some guys asking for it for months, but we never got an answer from a dev.
I say just get used to how broodwar is. Eventually that drag scroll becomes annoying.
Should be hotkeying around the map and just turn the mouse scroll to the top speed. EZ PZ.
Use the hotkeys how they are meant to be used. It could be cool to add zoom to Use Map / EUD maps, but there are many other things that the tech team at blizzard need to focus on that has already been mentioned or promised.
You can set 3 screen hotkeys like this:
CTRL+ F2
CTRL + F3
CTRL + F4
DRagscroll slider ?

Just press middle mouse click/wheel and move your view of the map/minimap …
So no, we will not get it because it is already there …
