We’ve put out a lot of items such as pre-order building skin, carbot skin, announcer pack, console skin, etc., but do you have any plans to release new items?

You can Carbot directly from the Blizzard store either by visiting the website or clicking in the Carbot icon in the Blizz APP, same with announcers pack.
Pre ordered skins are impossible to get i am afraid, they are only obtainable if you directly purchase an account from someone that was there prior release. Something similar happens with consoles, some of the where only given to people that pre ordered or assisted to BLIZZCON, another one was given with the purchase of a music concert for the Starcraft sountrack.
