Zagara P3: Frenzy doesn't actually apply to Zagara

[Coop] Zagara Apex Predator - Mass Frenzy

With the Apex Predator prestige enabled, the Zagara hero unit does not benefit from the Mass Frenzy ability.

hopefully the devs will fix this and a number of other Prestige bugs ASAP.
