right now the dev team has disabled Ranked matches until further notice.

Ranked Play Disabled

To preserve the integrity of the ladder we will be disabling ranked play while we work on a fix for an issue related to the changes we made in Patch 5.0. The message you may see as a result of this is: “You cannot enter this matchmaking queue because you do not meet the requirements.” We cannot provide a time estimate for the fix at the moment, but we are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
