How did you contact Blizzard directly? It’s frustrating that we still have zero communication from them on this.
SC2 is abandonware.
MVPs have communication lines to specific depts depending on the type of MVP they are. I’m a support MVP so I can communicate with Customer Support and Technical Support.
Not wholly. It was overtly announced by Bliz in Oct 2020 that SC2 reached the end of life development-wise. However, if it was truly abandoned, they wouldn’t do anything about any issues no matter what they were. That hasn’t been the case.

This makes me sad considering that after over a decade, sc2 still has twice the daily players than Diablo Immortal.
Yeah. When loved games come to an end, it’s always a bummer. But, it’s just a fact of video game life, unfortunately.

My sc2 Arcade tab isn't it closes the entire game giving me an error, I have not tried the other tabs under Arcade but I'm sure they don't work either. Yesterday 4/13/2024 the Arcade tab was working perfectly fine, I was playing an Arcade game last night at 10:00pm 4/13/2024 so I don't know what the exact problem is. I'm just letting y'all know that it still gives an error.
Doesn't really effect me because I was going to grind Ranked or Unranked anyway

I just checked the other tabs in the Arcade tab, non of those like Custom or Melee crashes the sc2, it is only the Arcade/Lobbies. Please fix this
