Don’t the Tri-Outlaw Mastery makes the research give something like 28.75% instead of the standard 25%?
I feel like Tychus doesn’t gain that much from his masteries. The attack speed is alright, the grenade mastery is excellent but the rest is not that impactful - at least to me.
