What "new" maps are left?

And what happens if both team mates are zerg? Or Swann and Fenix?

I’m thinking it could do something of a rotation. Like it stuns mech units the first wave, then bio units the second wave, light units the third, etc. I agree that this mechanic is what made the map so great, so it would be tricky considering that only terrans were affected in this in the original.

What I am saying is…If both commanders are zerg and the bio stun hits, there is nothing they can do. They do not have mech to deal with it. The same issue with Swann and Fenix would be true. They have no bio to deal with the mech stun.

Gotcha. Yes, it would be tricky to make the mechanic work. Darn, I really liked the map, but now that you mention it, maybe there is a reason why it’s not in co-op.

I think a more fair and balanced version of the Disruption effort for Coop would be a movement and attack speed slow, dependent on the difficulty. A full stun effect just is no fun and leaves no room for counterplay from the affected player, something nobody wants to deal with.

20% for Casual/Normal
50% for Hard
70% for Brutal

Reduced effectiveness on heroic units, of course. With Disruption taking turns debuffing one Commander at a time, this would put one player temporarily at a disadvantage with a large slowing effect, leaving the other to temporarily take up the slack.

A 2v2 skirmish-like map would be nice. Two AI bases with additional scripted and unmarked micro attack waves targeting your production and mining. Plus scripts to impact the AI’s capabilities if YOU go and take out their workers and production structures. Could even convert some of the versus maps for it.

Which is kinda dumb. First, some missions with “unique” objectives are hated by a lot of people and second, if you think about it, there’s not many unique objectives that you can come up with. Most missions require you to either defend or attack the objective, the objective itself can be either static or dynamic (move around the map) and the number of objectives can vary. There’s not much else to it.

I’d be fine with more missions that share similar gameplay design and objective structure with the ones we have already and which are played the most. Just different terrain, announcer and overall setting.
