I’ve noticed this in CoOp with Vorazun; haven’t tried it with any other Commander or on ladder yet.
When the Warp Gate Research finishes, the Gateways immediately begin turning into Warp Gates, cancelling (but not refunding the cost) of the units being produced at that time.
