What in P2 changes based on Mastery? I mean…P2 is awful but it’s the same level of awful from pre-mastery level 1 to mastery 90. And…

Ironically, only her worst one (P2) is active from lvl 1 onwards

Have you seen Vorazun? All her prestige’s and power dont come online until lvl 13

10, 11 & 13, yes. Was a pain to re-level her 3x.

Or like Vorazun who gets Time Stop (for P3), Dark Pylon Recall and Emergency Recall (for P1) only after lvl 10, 11 & 13 respectively.
